To celebrate Michigan Wine Month we'll be featuring Lake Michigan Vintners wines. Did you know that we have a world class commercial teaching winery right here in our backyard where students can learn everything viticulture, viniculture and the business practices for running a successful winery. At Lake Michigan College they're proud to train the region’s future winemakers and grow the collective future of Michigan Wines.

Along with their incredible Wine & Viticulture program LMC also has a wonderful Culinary Arts program. LMC graduate and Dad's Farm head Chef Pam Johnson will be using her learned skills to create a delicious tapas style pairing menu.
