Something old is new to you! Find hidden treasures along Lake Bluff Park at this premier antique show that overlooks Lake Michigan. This event features over 50 vendors and runs the first Sunday of the month, May through October. Rain or shine.

2024 Memorial Day Parade

Honor veterans who have served this great country and remember those who have sacrificed their lives to protect our freedom at the annual Memorial Day Parade. The parade will begin at the intersection of Lake Blvd. and Park St.

2024 St. Joe Farmers Market

Market-goers will enjoy fresh finds at the weekly St. Joe Farmers Market. Vendors will offer a variety of products including baked goods, locally grown produce, perennials and cut flowers, meats and cheeses, coffee and more! This event is held Saturdays in the scenic Lake Bluff Park, overlooking Lake Michigan.

Enjoy extended market hours (9:00a-4:00p) on June 1, July 20, August 17 and August 31 to coincide with the Lake Bluff Artisan Fair!
 
Please note that there will be special hours for the market on July 13 during the Krasl Art Fair - stay tuned for more details!

  1. Celebrate small businesses! This month brings two big anniversaries to downtown St. Joseph.
    • Forever Books celebrates their 22nd year on April 1 - stop in to receive a free book (Advance Reader’s Copy) with every $20 purchase. They have a lot to celebrate, as this month also marks Independent Bookstore Day on April 24!
    • The Candlestick Maker celebrates their 10th year on April 6 - Chief Fragrance Officer Judi Benninghoff has offered a mix of locally made crafts from over 30 artists, as well as home decor. The Candlestick Maker would like to thank all of their wonderful visitors, vendors and the regular “Shop Dogs” that have stopped in over the years. Judi and her son Ed look forward to serving the community for years to come!

  2.  Explore the great outdoors! Wanderlust Outfitters wants to share their favorite spots to hike in SWMI. Join them on April 11 for their latest adventure at Sarett Nature Center! Wanderlust provides guides that will lead the hike and share their outdoor knowledge.

  3. Support local wineries! Lazy Ballerina Winery, Lake Michigan Vintners and Lemon Creek Winery join wineries throughout the U.S. for the #OpenLocalWine Deal on April 10. Wine lovers will enjoy special wine bundles for this one-day event! Check out their awesome deals - bit.ly/3whZpy8.
