With the Holiday season just beginning, this dinner will surely get you into the spirit with four locally sourced dishes paired with four seasonal brews that can only be described as comfort beers.
Try a couple of our new seasonal brews, such as the Honey Amber Ale & the Winter Warmer Ale —a mint stout— along with our Battle of the Brewers Champion, the Maplejack Brown, and the revamped Bourbon Barrel Aged Black Magic.
Honey Amber Ale paired with spicy posole stew with Otto’s chicken, crema, cabbage, and radish
Maplejack Brown paired with maple-pecan glazed Muscovy duck breast and aged Gouda macaroni & cheese
BBL-Aged Black Magic paired with bourbon-smoked spareribs, sweet potato salad, and black raspberry BBQ
Winter Warmer Ale paired with salted brownie bark and a Thin Mint ice cream sandwich
