The marching band is in the distance. Big as ants. Loud as crickets. Here it comes! Big as crickets. Loud as birds. Coming closer! Louder and louder, brighter and brighter. Hear the drums! Hear the horns! The band is here, marching by. Thump, Thump, Thump! Rat-a-tat-tat!At Wee Discover, toddlers enjoy listening to the story and the fun activity that follows. Their grownups enjoy creating memories with their little ones and meeting other caregivers. Based on the concepts of “Mother Goose Science” for young children, Wee Discover helps children explore the world around them by reading a different story each week and linking it with hands-on learning and play experiences about different themes. Children exercise through body motion, develop hand-eye coordination, and grasp how the many things in the world around us really work by experiencing them. These fun programs are free with memberships or paid admission.
