After culinary school, Chef Cheyenne Galbraith, Executive Chef, Bistro on the Boulevard, spent several years in New Mexico working under renowned Chef Jennifer James (seven-time nominee for the prestigious James Beard “Best Chef in the Southwest” award). During this time, Chef Cheyenne mastered the finesse of New Mexican cuisine. Join Chef Cheyenne for a repast featuring these New Mexican delicacies:  Griddled Corn Cakes with Green Chile Rajas Sauce, Red Chile Seafood Stew with Navajo Fry Bread, and Churros with Red Chile Caramel.
