This event will be the first in a series of several dinners that combine our passion for food and wine. Guests will enjoy a four-course meal that complements and enhances each wine while hearing from our winemaking and culinary experts along the way.
By pairing spectacular award-winning wines with a hand-crafted dinner made with locally sourced ingredients, created by none other than our culinary director, Chef Ryan Thornburg, we can’t imagine a better place to be.
Take a seat, relax, and enjoy our cozy atmosphere with an unforgettable experience. This dinner will surely warm your soul as the chilly season rolls in.
Grand Mark paired with fried Old 1871 Oyster, creamed spinach, & applewood smoked bacon
Gewurztraminer paired with duck liver pate, toasted brioche, onion jam, & Mirabelle plum mustard

Merlot paired with pan-seared Muscovy duck breast, crispy wild mushrooms, Parmesan risotto, & black currant demi-glace
The price of this dinner is $75 per person, which includes gratuity, tax, processing fees, and a souvenir glass.
