When craft beer meets the perfect food, it’s a flavor experience like none other.
Watermark Brewing Company is teaming up with the Bistro on the Boulevard for a savory pairing, with unique small plates crafted to match their brews. Each pairing offers a few bites of French-inspired flavor that highlight the crafted notes of Watermark’s beer. We’ve got potato chips fried in Mangalitsa pig fat, griddled cheese with chimichurri, housemade sausage with Pipestone Porter, and a tartine with brussel leaves, all served with the ideal pairing from Watermark’s lineup.
The food is the brainchild of James Galbraith, Sous Chef at the Bistro on the Boulevard, inspired by the vibes of the Stevensville brewery.
Each ticket includes a tasting flight of four beers and four small plates. We’re serving from 6:00-9:00pm on Thursday, March 30th. Tasting flights are limited; we recommend getting tickets in advance.
